Shipping, Payment & Returns
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we have received your payment.
When will my order ship and what are the charges?
  InkHunter.ca has partnered with Fed/EX Canada and by doing so is able to offer some of the most competitive shipping rates in the industry.  Just add the cartridges that you require into your shopping cart and enter your postal code to receive your shipping costs.

Most orders are shipped on the day that the order is received and you should receive your order the following day.  Should your order arrive with us after our shipping cut-off (approximately 3:30PM in each time zone) then it will be processed for shipment the following business day.  Should there be an issue with our stock level on the product(s) you ordered we will contact you via email in order to give an ETA and to give you additional options.  Products will not be shipped until payment has been received.
How do I return an item?
  Here at Inkhunter.ca your satisfaction is our top priority so we have formed the following policies in regards to product returns.

Scenario 1) Wrong item. Contact customer service at returns@inkhunter.ca and make them aware of the situation. Your request will be reviewed and a return authorization number will be assigned to you. Depending on stock, the correct item will be shipped to you the next business day. In order to prevent fraud your credit card will have a hold placed on it for the value of the product until it is returned to Inkhunter.ca in it's original, unopened, packaging.

You have 7 days from the date of of receipt (not the date of shipment) to make the claim that you received the wrong product. After 7 days past product delivery it is assumed that the correct product was indeed delivered to you.

Scenario 2) Defective product. Contact customer service at returns@inkhunter.ca and make them aware of the situation. Your request will be reviewed and a return authorization number will be assigned to you. Depending on stock the correct item will be shipped to you the next business day. along with proof (a single print job will suffice). In order to prevent fraud your credit card will have a hold placed on it for the value of the product until it is returned to Inkhunter.ca and it can then be verified defective.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to claim that the product is defective. After 30 days you must contact the manufacturer of the product. If you cannot locate this information for yourself feel free to contact support@inkhunter.ca and we will be more than happy to get the necessary contact information to you.

Scenario 3) Customer Error.  We at Inkhunter.ca realize that mistakes happen all the time.  However, we employ staff to fulfill orders and have shipping expenses to pay. So, in the event that a customer would like to return a product that they purchased in error a re-stocking fee of 20% shall be incurred.

You have 7 days from the date of receipt (the day it arrives at your location) to submit a return request for mistakenly ordered product.
